Requirements for PCB workshop environment and personnel
All production and processing are carried out inside the workshop, so for a PCB factory, the environment of the workshop and the quality of the staff are the key to show the cultivation and excellence of the company culture.
PCBA production equipment and SMT processing technology have certain requirements for workshop power supply, ventilation capacity, temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, and anti-static. In addition, the clean and neat workshop environment can reduce oil pollution dust and other health hazards to workshop workers. Visible particles will not only affect the visibility of the workshop, the operation of the workshop workers, at the same time, they can reduce the life of air-conditioning systems and equipment in the workshop.
Let's look at the specific environmental requirements of the workshop.
1. Temperature and humidity requirements;
For the normal operation of the equipment, and the high standard of the production process, the workshop environment temperature control at 23±3 degrees Celsius is the best, the relative humidity of 45%-70%RH is the best.
2, ventilation capacity;
Backflow welding and wave soldering equipment have exhaust and flue gas emission requirements, exhaust fans should be configured according to the equipment requirements. For all hot blast stoves, the minimum flow rate of exhaust pipe is generally required to be 14-15m/min.
3, power supply requirements;
Power supply voltage and power meet the requirements of PCBA processing equipment. Voltage stability, generally require single-phase AC220V (220±10%, 50/60Hz), three-phase AC380V (380±10%, 50/60Hz). If not, you need to configure a regulated power supply. The power supply is greater than the power consumption of the device. The power supply of the SMT machine requires independent grounding. Generally, three-phase five-wire wiring method should be adopted. Because of the high running speed of the SMT machine, it is easy to produce electromagnetic interference when connected with other equipment, which affects the normal operation and mounting accuracy of the SMT machine.
4. Requirements for electrostatic protection;
Precision electronic components such as IC involved in PCBA production are often prone to electrostatic damage, so electrostatic protection is also very important, usually enter the workshop personnel must wear antistatic work clothes, wear a good work cap, shoes need to cover, wear antistatic bracelets.
Workshop is the core of PCB factory, and also the "home" that most staff rely on. It is the factory's unshirkable responsibility to ensure the health of staff. Regular training on workshop environment and personnel requirements of small-batch PCBA proofing is an indispensable and important link.
